Booking & payment
- Payment is required in advance; preferred method is BACS / bank transfer.
- Deposit: when first booking, a 2-hour deposit at the hourly rate secures future lesson slots.
- Invoice: issued once lesson dates and times are confirmed.
- Cancellations: minimum 48 hours’ notice required.
